Orwasher’s is an Upper East Side favorite in the Big Apple. It’s well-known for its baked goods from bread to bagels and, yes, donuts — jelly-filled, especially.

As you’d expect a bakery in NYC, it’s small inside. What little room they have, they maximize with their fresh goods on full display. To ensure the utmost freshness of their jelly-filled donuts, they fill them in the corner in the front.

Their goods ooze premium (did you get the pun there? jelly-filled…) with each good wrapped like my two donuts I had on my first visit.

Parking is a challenge, but otherwise, finding Orwasher’s was not hard. In the area? Give it a go, and check out their breads, too, and let me know how those are.

Where Is Orwasher’s?
